What are your best tips on how to stay fit and healthy, both mentally and physically, before wedding in Poland? Meghan Markle's tips for staying healthy are a huge inspiration for me! Read below and let me know if any of the tips will inspire you as well:

If you're the one who will be saying "I do" in short future, it's probably important to look and feel your best by the time the wedding day arrives. For many, this is more than the motivation they need to get into top shape. The best way to do this is to start preparing your body, skin, and mind in a few months earlier that the wedding day. Don't wait until the last minute.

Think about prepping for the wedding in Poland which includes a starting workout plan to shape body, going on a diet to promote weight loss (but eat healtly and drink more water), or practicing yoga or meditation to ease the mind and eliminate stress.
